#lAmRemarkable是一项全球倡议，旨在赋能每一位个体，尤其是女性和少数群体肯定自己在工作及生活的个人成就，并进行主动展示，从而获得更多发展机会。它的核心是一个时长为90分钟的工作坊，帮助参与者了解自我展示在职场，及其他领域在个人和职业生活中的重要性，挑战社会固有的观念，并分享自我展示的一些技巧，最终帮助参与者实现自信的提升。
迄今为止，#IAmRemarkable 已经覆盖全球 150 多个国家/地区，并为 500,000 多名参与者和 1300 多家公司举办了工作坊。
